Ambreen graduated as a gold medalist in her Master’s in Economics at Government College (GC), Lahore, and entered Dubai real estate in 2011 — developing a strong command of property investments, market cycles and master-planned communities through the market’s ups and downs, the expertise on which she would later build a company.

In 2017 she founded Amber Homes Real Estate, the company that carries her name: “Amber”, from Ambreen. What began as one determined entrepreneur’s venture has grown into an award-recognised Dubai brokerage group with more than USD 1.5 billion in cumulative company sales — built, year after year, under her leadership.

She has since grown the group around the same entrepreneurial instinct: Amber Homes Interiors launched in 2019, and Amber Holiday Homes — the short-stay business that is particularly her brainchild — followed in 2021.

As owner and Managing Director, Ambreen drives the parts of the business that generate results: sales performance and closing, the developer partnerships that secure prime inventory and preferential terms, and the client relationships that turn first-time buyers into repeat investors.

Her edge rests on four things: sales leadership, an entrepreneur’s appetite for building, deep relationships with Dubai’s leading developers, and client relationships built to last — the combination that has made Amber Homes a name developers reward and buyers return to.
